What to do in D.C. . . .
Welcome to Washington, D.C., the capital of the United States and a place rich in culture, diversity, and history! The Catholic University of America is located in the upper Northeast section of Washington, D.C., just minutes away from the U.S. Capitol, the White House, the National Mall, Union Station, and a host of museums, theatres, sports arenas, concert halls, and much, much more.
A summer spent at CUA will not only enrich you academically but also place a world of activities and entertainment at your fingertips! Weekly magazines and newspapers such as the Washington Post and the City Paper publish a variety of information about local sports events, concerts, restaurants, cultural activities and social gatherings. Take a look at the links below to discover what D.C. has to offer! Then, hop on the metro (CUA-Brookland stop on the Red Line) and enjoy! |
