All charges are payable in advance.
A student is not considered officially enrolled until payment of financial obligations has been arranged with the office of Student Accounts.
Students are responsible for payment of tuition and fees for courses for which they register.

Parking
Automobile Regulations: Leahy Hall, 202-319-5113
All motor vehicles using parking on campus, other than in a metered space with a lawful coin deposited, must be registered with the Department of Public Safety, located in Room 121, Leahy Hall. There is no free parking on campus.
Permits vary in price according to the type permit and date of expiration. One- and two-day permits are also available for a nominal fee. Information on the cost of permits may be obtained by contacting the Campus Transportation Management/ID Office at 202-319-6060.

Payment of this rate entitles the holder to park in an assigned residence lot (marked with a green oval on the 2008 campus parking map) at all times and to park on campus in the general parking areas between the hours of 4 pm and 8 am, Monday through Friday, and on weekends
To obtain a permit, the applicant must appear in person at 121 Leahy Hall to fill out a vehicle registration form and pay the parking fee in full before a decal is issued. |

The total fees for a visitor will vary depending upon the time period he/she will be on campus. Rates should be computed by the person selling the permit.

Temporary permits will be sold by the UCSPE staff at the information desk in the Pryzbla Center. No vehicle registration form is necessary; however, the bottom portion of the permit must reflect the name, tag number and department of the registered owner. This portion of the permit must be remitted to the Traffic Office at the end of each week. |
**A $ 60 Late Payment Fee will be assessed to students whose accounts are not paid in full by the first day of class for the session(s) for which they are registered.

If you miss this deadline, regardless of whether or not you have received your bill, you will be subject to a Late Payment Fee.
